Our journey
to O'MARE began with a frozen treat on the other side of the world and a spark of inspiration to bring people together through flavour and unforgettable moments.
With roots on the Amalfi Coast – where celebration is a way of life – and memories from our time by the Australian seaside, the vision came naturally:
to curate moments that are full of taste, atmosphere, and heart.
The name
O'MARE was born from our love for the ocean - “mare” meaning “sea” in Italian. It’s a symbol of freedom, creativity, and togetherness, celebrating the beauty of being present in every shared moment.
There’s nothing quite like the moments by the ocean - a toast at sunset, laughter over dinner, the sound of waves just beyond the music. The sea invites you to slow down, savour, and connect. It’s a feeling that’s both calm and alive, familiar yet magical.
That’s the feeling we want every O’MARE experience to hold, capturing the essence of fleeting coastal moments and turning them into unforgettable memories.

Luisa brings her background in luxury Marketing & PR, with an eye for emotional connection, aesthetics, and thoughtful design.
Enzo adds warmth and soul from years in hospitality, with the art of making every guest feel at ease.
