TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by O'MARE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By requesting a service, submitting a custom inquiry, or confirming a booking, you (“the client”) agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation has been received and a 20% non-refundable deposit has been paid.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event date.

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (deposit excluded).

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

3. Guest Numbers & Pricing

  • Each cart includes a minimum guest number, which varies depending on the selected package.

  • Final guest count must be confirmed at least 14 days in advance.

  • Additional guests beyond the included package may be added at a per-person rate, as listed in the pricing section.

4. Custom Menus & Dietary Preferences

  • We offer fully customizable menus tailored to your preferences.

  • The client must inform us of allergies or dietary restrictions during the planning stage.

  • We take great care, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Event Setup & Venue Access

  • The client is responsible for ensuring appropriate access for setup, including flat ground and power supply if needed.

  • Setup and breakdown times will be arranged in advance.

  • Delays caused by restricted access or venue limitations may affect service duration.

6. Weather Conditions

  • For outdoor events, clients must ensure sufficient weather protection (e.g. tenting or cover).

  • We are not responsible for service delays or cancellations due to extreme weather, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, delay, or damages arising from events beyond our control (e.g. accidents, force majeure, weather conditions).

  • The client assumes responsibility for any damage to our equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or third parties.

8. Photography & Promotion

  • We reserve the right to use photos of our carts, displays, and services taken during events for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media).

  • If you prefer your event not to be featured, please inform us in writing.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any legal disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Torre Annunziata (Tribunale di Torre Annunziata).
